Analysis

After a thorough and structured analysis of the client's needs, an Outsourcing Report is delivered to the client, summarizing the findings and recommendations, maintenance definitions, transition and implementation schedules. It also includes an Outsourcing Services Agreement, defining the scope, priorities, support workload, and other specifics related to xsorbit's service coverage commitment.

Transition

During this initial phase, maintenance and support functions are passed from the client to xsorbit in a predefined and systematic manner. Working with the client to acquire necessary technical and business insights, xsorbit identifies high-priority improvement issues, establishes the necessary and agreed-upon operational environment, and relieves the client of its maintenance and support responsibilities without disrupting the client's daily activities.

Implementation

The maintenance and support functions, as defined in the Outsourcing Services Agreement, are carried out during this phase. Throughout this process, xsorbit cross-trains its employees, giving them additional opportunities to enhance their skills, while providing the client additional stability.

Quality Assurance

Throughout all phases of the outsourcing process, xsorbit follows stringent quality assurance standards and proven management and control practices. Random Quality Audits are performed to help ensure total customer satisfaction.
