1.  How to setup groups  

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click on Edit Membergroups
  3. Follow instruction on page

2.  How to manage permissions 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click on Edit Permissions
  3. Click Add or Modify group and follow instructions on page

3.  How to get lost password (forgot password) 

  1. Click Login
  2. Click on Forgot Password link on bottom of page (sign-in box)

4.  How to add a moderator 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click on Manage Boards
  3. Choose the board you wish to add moderator
  4. Add moderators to the moderators box (they must be a registered member)

5.  How to disallow guest from doing anything (no access) 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click on Edit Permissions
  3. Click on Modify (on same line as unregistered guest)
  4. Set your permissions (access levels)

6.  How to make a board private 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click on Manage Boards
  3. Click on Permissions or Modify (on same line as board)
  4. Choose which member group has access by checking or un-checking access boxes

  4. Click on Account Related Settings
  5. Scroll to second section on page and choose member group

8.  How To Solve - Login Problem 1 – Hotmail and Yahoo email users 

Hotmail & YAHOO Email Users - If you received your welcome email in your Hotmail or Yahoo email and click your board URL (address) you may have a login problem. To prevent this, please cut and paste your board URL in a new browser window. This will allow you to load your board in its own window and not under the Hotmail or Yahoo frame/window which causes login conflicts.


9.  How To Solve - Login Problem 2 - Non Hotmail and Yahoo email users 

Your browser may not be setup properly. Please do the following and you will find that forum communications for this site and other forum sites improves:

  1. Click on "tools" on the menu bar on your browser (Internet Explorer.)
  2. Click on "Internet Options" on the drop menu.
  3. On the window that pops up, click on the "privacy" tab.
  4. Put the arrow and track so that the arrow is on low.
  5. Click "ok".
This should take care of the logging issue. If you still have problems staying logged on after this setting, This next step is required to enable your browser:
  1. Click on "tools" on the menu bar on your browser (Internet Explorer).
  2. Click on "Internet Options" on the drop menu.
  3. On the window that pops up, click on the "security" tab.
  4. Click on the "custom" button.
  5. On the little window that pops up, scroll down to where it says cookies, and make sure the radio button is in the enabled position.
  6. Click "save".
